Potomac primaries

Voters went to the polls Tuesday for the Potomac primaries in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland. When the polls closed it was Senator John McCain and Senator Barack Obama who emerged victorious. McCain has increased the likely hood of his nomination as he all but likely ended any chance for Governor Mike Huckabee. Huckabee says he needs a miracle and delegate rich Texas should prove to be his last stand. On the Democratic side, the delegate lead has officially changed hands as Senator Barack Obama rolled through the Potomac primaries. Senator Hillary Clinton had a worse than expected showing and is reportedly concentrating on Texas in preparation for the May 4th primary.
